Where a spammer is coming from?

I'm getting majorly spammed in my blog from 207.58.130.217 which is currently hitting the firewall
A whois on the IP doesn't report any abuse department
traceroute traces it to vps.onlyfind.info which also reports just a cPanel installation
maybe I should send an email to cPanel and threaten to alert the FBI
